ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Premier 7-Day Online Leadership Immersion Experience
The Lead & Impact: Global Leadership Bootcamp is a collaboration between GIDE and Big Red Education, this is a prestigious seven-day leadership bootcamp led by student mentors from the Harvard Graduate School of Education Global Education Leadership Collective (HGSE-GELC). Participants engage in tackling complex social issues and building leadership skills through a series of immersive and hands-on modules.
This program is independently owned and operated by Big Red Education in partnership with HGSE-GELC. GIDE serves as a collaborating partner.

Chassity serves as the primary leader responsible for the governance and overall direction of the Collective. As Founding President, she established HGSE-GELC's mission, infrastructure, and strategic programming, and leads its vision for community building, international opportunities, and leadership development.

A recent alumna of the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Yuricela has a background in higher education and extensive experience in student mentorship, orientation programmes, international study, and leadership. She is passionate about college access and success, with a focus on diversity, equity, belonging, and holistic student development. As a first-generation college student, she hopes to support students in navigating their educational journeys and building meaningful communities.
